Returns – Online

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing returns.
Refunds – Online
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your return.
- If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method.
- You should receive your refund within 30 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Order Cancellation Policy
Flag Buzz offers a flexible cancellation policy for our B2B customers, allowing cancellations if the items are still in the pre-production stage. However, if the production of the product has already been completed, the customer will be responsible for covering the production costs. Once the product is finished or dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Products/Services
Certain products or services are exempt from returns or refunds. These include custom-made items or any other specific exclusions communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Flag Buzz works with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. We use high-quality packaging materials to ensure minimal damage during transit.
- Our commitment is to ship your products within 2 working days from order confirmation and payment.
- Delivery is expected within 7-10 business days, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the logistics partner.
- Flag Buzz is not liable for damages that occur during the shipping process.
- All orders, including any promotional items or gifts, will include an invoice with the price mentioned as per Indian tax regulations.
